Once your order is confirmed, arrive at your scheduled pickup window and text us that you’re outside — no need to walk up. We’ll bring your order right out to your car.

There’s no reserved parking spot — find any non-reserved spot nearby and text us your vehicle description (make/model/color) once you’ve parked.

Please allow up to 10 minutes after you text us. Our system notifies us the moment you’re on your way, so we’re already preparing your order before you arrive.

You must arrive within 15 minutes of your scheduled pickup window. All sales are final — payment is made at checkout, and product is prepared specifically for your order. Orders not picked up within the grace period are considered forfeited, and no refund will be issued. Please text us as soon as possible if you’re running late.

We’re located at Central Ave and McDowell Rd, close to the Phoenix Art Museum.

Yes — at checkout, add an alternate pickup person’s first and last name. They’ll need to provide that name along with your pickup code when they arrive.
